‏الرئيس الكيني يستقبل مبعوث قائد قوات الدعم السريع

استقبل الرئيس الكيني بالقصر الرئاسي بنيروبي أمس، مبعوث قائد قوات الدعم السريع المستشار السياسي يوسف عزت، وذلك في إطار جولة تشمل عدداً من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة لشرح تطورات الأوضاع في السودان.

ونقل المستشار يوسف عزت لفخامة الرئيس وليم روتو رسالة شفوية من الفريق أول محمد حمدان دقلو تتصل بمجريات الأوضاع بالبلاد.

وقدم يوسف عزت شرحاً وافياً للرئيس وليم روتو حول أسباب الحرب والأوضاع الراهنة بالبلاد وتمليك كافة المعلومات الحقيقية بشأن دوافعها والمتورطين في إشعالها.

وأكد يوسف عزت، دعم قوات الدعم السريع لمنبر جدة بمبادرة المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة وتطويره بما يحقق الوقف الدائم لإطلاق النار وبدء التفاوض السياسي.

وبحث اللقاء أيضاً الدور الافريقي وامكانية تركيز كل الجهود الإقليمية والدولية للحل السياسي، مشيراً إلى أن رؤية قوات الدعم السريع تشدد على ضرورة أن تعالج أسباب الحرب من جذورها بما يعيد السودان للمسار الديموقراطي بمشاركة واسعة للسودانيين في تشكيل مستقبل البلاد.

In a diplomatic stride, Kenyan President  welcomed the envoy of the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces, political advisor Youssef Ezzat, to the presidential palace in Nairobi. This encounter, part of a tour encompassing friendly nations, aimed to elucidate the evolving situation in Sudan.

During their discussion, Counselor Youssef Ezzat effectively conveyed a verbal message from Lieutenant General Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, shedding light on the current state of affairs in the country. With a comprehensive understanding, Mr. Ezzat provided President William Ruto with an insightful explanation of the war's causes and the prevailing circumstances, backed by accurate information regarding its motives and the responsible parties.

Resolutely affirming their stance, the political advisor expressed the Rapid Support Forces' support for the Jeddah platform—an initiative launched by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States. They emphasized the imperative of its development to achieve a lasting ceasefire and pave the way for political negotiations.

The meeting also deliberated on the African role and explored avenues to concentrate regional and international efforts toward a political solution. Underscoring the vision of the Rapid Support Forces, the necessity to address the root causes of the conflict stood out, aiming to restore Sudan to the democratic path with broad Sudanese participation in shaping the nation's future.
