نداء لفتح ممرات آمنة للمساعدات الإنسانية والطبية في السودان الذي يشهد تصعيدًا عسكريًا

تتزايد الآثار الكارثية والأخطار اليومية على المدنيين نتيجة الحرب والإشتباكات المسلحة بين القوات المسلحة وقوات الدعم السريع وإطلاق النار الكثيف و القصف الجوي الذي يوجه وسط المناطق السكنية والمرافق الحيوية .

أدى ذلك إلى مزيدٍ من الضغط على المستشفيات العاملة على قلتها وشح الأدوية والمستهلكات الطبية والعلاجية والحوجات التشغيلية ونقص الكوادر الطبية والصحية المتطوعة  ، خاصةً المستشفى التركي و المراكز الصحية حول المناطق الأشتباك .

استقبل المستشفى التركي خلال يوم امس  السبت و الأحد 25 مايو عدداً كبيراً من الإصابات الحرجة والمتوسطة والخفيفة بالرصاص الحي والقذائف نتيجة الإشتباكات المسلحة .

رصد مكتب التوثيق للانتهاكات بغرفة طوارئ الكلاكلة وجنوب الخرطوم الحالات التي وصلت المستشفى التركي ومن ضمنها مصابي القصف الجوي  وإصابات نتيجة الرصاص الطائش  وإطلاق النار المتبادل بين الطرفين .

-استقبل المستشفى صباح امس السبت و اليوم الأحد عدد 217 حالة إصابة تم إجراء الجراحة لعدد 147 حالة منها و بلغ عدد الاصابات البليغة و الحرجة  72  حالة  .

و بلغ عدد الوفيات 14 حالة وفاة " 2 منهم أطفال " و ننوه ان هناك وفيات لم تصل المستشفى وافتهم المنية فور الانفجارات من مناطق  ام عشر ، الشقيلاب ، الفتيح ، الدخينات ، صنقعت  ، الكلاكلة الوحدة  ، اللفة ، القبة .

قُدمت الخدمات الطبية والعلاجية للمصابين سواء الحالات الخطيرة والحرجة والخفيفة والمتوسطة في ظروفٍ بالغة التعقيد ونقصٍ حاد في الأدوية والعلاج والمستلزمات الطبيةِ ونقص الكوادر الطبية والصحية ، يتطلب ذلك تضافر الجهود لتوفير اللازم في ظل هذه الظروف الكارثية وتقديم يد العون من قبل المنظمات الصحية المحلية والإقليمية والدولية والتبرع بالمواد الطبية العينية ما أمكن.

ندق في غرفة طوارئ الكلاكلة وجنوب الخرطوم جرس إنذار ، يجب فتح الممرات الآمنة لمرور المساعدات الإنسانية والطبية وتسهيل حركة الكوادر الطبية والصحية وعربات الإسعاف وصولاً إلى المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية التي تقدم الخدمات العلاجية ، و إيقاف و اعتقال أعضاء غرف الطوارئ الذين يعملون جهدهم لتخفيف آثار الحرب .

Military Escalation Increases Pressure on Hospitals in Sudan.

The catastrophic effects and daily dangers on civilians are increasing due to the war and armed clashes between the armed forces and the Rapid Support Forces, as well as the heavy gunfire and aerial bombardment targeted at residential areas and vital facilities.

This has led to further pressure on hospitals, which are already struggling with shortages of medicine, medical and treatment supplies, and operational needs, as well as a shortage of medical and health volunteers, especially the Turkish hospital and health centers around conflict areas.

Yesterday, Saturday and Sunday, May 25, the Turkish hospital received a large number of critical, medium, and light injuries from live bullets and shells due to the armed clashes.

The Documentation Office of the Violations in the Kalakla and South Khartoum Emergency Room monitored the cases that arrived at the Turkish hospital, including those injured in aerial bombardment and injuries resulting from stray bullets and mutual firing between the parties.

The hospital received 217 cases of injury on Saturday and Sunday, with surgery performed on 147 cases, and the number of serious and critical injuries was 72.

The number of deaths was 14, including two children. It should be noted that there are deaths that did not reach the hospital and died immediately after the explosions in areas such as Um Ashar, Al-Shaqilab, Al-Fateh, Al-Dukheinat, Sanqat, Kalakla Al-Wahda, Al-Laffa, and Al-Quba.

Medical and treatment services were provided to the injured, whether serious, critical, light, or medium, in extremely complex conditions and a severe shortage of medicines, treatments, medical supplies, and a shortage of medical and health personnel. This requires concerted efforts to provide the necessary in these catastrophic conditions and to provide assistance by local, regional, and international health organizations and to donate medical supplies where possible.

In the Kalakla and South Khartoum Emergency Room, an alarm bell is ringing. Safe corridors must be opened for the passage of humanitarian and medical aid and to facilitate the movement of medical and health personnel and ambulances to hospitals and health centers that provide treatment services. Members of the emergency rooms who are working to alleviate the effects of the war must be stopped and arrested.
